Sue Dawson - Director/ Exec Producer
Sue started her career as an actress, first in radio, (member of the BBC radio rep, the Archers and Citizens as well as major dramas for BBC World Service) then to television; (presenter Really Wild Roadshow, Gill Fowler in EastEnders, guest appearances in Casualty and The Bill). She moved onto writing and production 5 years ago, her first project being an award-winning programme on HIV and AIDS for 16 year olds.

David Francis – Director/ Film-maker
David came on board in 2002 initially as freelance director of photography. A qualified all round filmmaker Dave had spent the previous five years training and teaching filmmaking workshops to a wide range of young people from all around the country. The previous project he worked on saw him teaching film on a nationwide tour called “Reach for the Sky” funded by Sky Television, visiting over twenty cities around the UK and seeing approximately 1000 young people experience his media workshop. His ability to communicate his knowledge to young people, combined with his all-round skills of production, filming and editing, has underpinned the success of the last few years.

Sally Geeve - Graphic Designer
Sally's work in graphic design began in 1982 as a partner in Baker Hill Ltd.: a successful Covent Garden Design Consultancy, where she picked up many awards for her unique and witty work. Since becoming freelance, her repertoire has expanded to include book design for clients such as Dorling Kindersley, Marshall Editions and The Sunday Telegraph. More recently she has been working with the public sector, with charities such as POPAN (Prevention of Professional Abuse Network) The Treehouse Trust, and The Toxoplasmosis Trust (design of two award winning annual reports). Sally works in collaboration with Dawson Films producing our on screen graphics and all accompanying written material.

Chris Hayes - Drama Director

Chris is an award-winning theatre director with over 200 productions to his credit in London, throughout Great Britain and abroad. Previously Artistic Director of the Marlowe Theatre, Canterbury, the Theatre Royal, Plymouth and the Ludlow Shakespeare Festival, he is currently Executive Director of London Theatre Exchange. In association with Dawson Films he has developed a range of workshop programmes and productions in Munich, Milan, Buenos Aires, New York and Los Angeles giving the company valuable access to specialists, actors, teachers and distributors overseas.
